Analytical Methods

               

The analytical methods used to establish the values in the AIJN Code of Practice were mostly established by the International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association (IFU).

 

The AIJN is a member of IFU, which is the representative Association of the worldwide fruit and vegetable juice industry since 1949.  IFU methods are recognised by Codex Alimentarius for juice analysis and are therefore used by the juice community worldwide to ensure the safety and authenticity of these products throughout the supply chain, from "farm to glass”.
